I’ve been going to Boynton Beach Modern Dentistry for about a year, and every visit has been excellent. From the moment you walk through the door, the entire team makes you feel welcome and cared for. Valerie, the office manager, is incredibly friendly and immediately puts you at ease. Erick at the front desk is just as amazing. He is always warm, positive, and informative. Christa, my hygienist, was fantastic. She was kind, gentle, and upbeat throughout my cleaning. She took the time to explain everything clearly, recommended a great new toothbrush, and made the entire appointment a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lombardo for the past year, and she has been wonderful every visit. She is caring, professional, and always takes the time to answer questions and make sure I am comfortable. Most recently, I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sarmiento. Although I am still recovering, I can already say that she did an outstanding job. The procedure went smoothly, and I truly appreciate the exceptional care I received. Every staff member that spoke to me, took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.
